Special Care Facilities / Nursing Homes
These facilities specialize in caring for patients with Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia. In the early or mid-stages of the disease, patients may be able to live in an assisted living facility. Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC)
CCRC is a full service community offering a long-term contract that provides for a continuum of care including retirement, assisted living, and nursing services all on one campus.
